3cat Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using the 3cat platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms set out herein.
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the 3cat platform ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 3cat website at the domain 3cat.ws, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms set out in this document, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this overall agreement.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments to the Terms will be considered acceptance of those amendments. The Platform reserves the right to terminate accounts found to belong to underage users.
Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of 3cat services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are fully responsible for:
- Ensuring that your account username and password remain confidential and are not shared with any other parties.
- All activity that occurs under your account, whether with or without your knowledge.
- Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
- Keeping your registration information accurate and up to date.
The Platform employs technical security measures to protect user account data. However, we are not liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to keep their login credentials confidential.
User Responsibilities & Usage Rules
By using the 3cat Platform, you agree to comply with all of the following rules and accept full responsibility for all actions carried out through your account.
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Using the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations in Malaysia.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the operation of our Platform or servers.
- Using automated software, bots, or any third-party tools to access or exploit the Platform.
- Providing false information during registration or when interacting with the customer support team.
- Abusing promotions, bonuses, or offers on the Platform in ways that violate the specific terms set for each offer.
- Engaging in any activity that may constitute fraud, money laundering, or illegal financing through the Platform.
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account termination, balance freezing, and where necessary, legal action.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the 3cat Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We accept deposits via supported local payment methods, including FPX (internet banking) and Touch 'n Go eWallet. The list of available payment methods is subject to change from time to time.
Important terms relating to transactions:
- Deposits that have been successfully credited to an account cannot be directly reversed — any disputes must be submitted to the customer support team.
- Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe set by the Platform, subject to successful verification of the user's identity.
- The Platform reserves the right to suspend or decline withdrawal requests where suspicious activity is detected or outstanding security checks remain unresolved.
- Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account details provided for withdrawal purposes are accurate. The Platform is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect details.

The Platform reserves the right to decline or reverse any transaction suspected of violating applicable laws or the Platform's internal policies.
Limitation of Liability, Account Suspension & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Platform Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, 3cat is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the Platform, including losses due to technical glitches, system errors, or events beyond our control (force majeure). The Platform does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.
Account Suspension & Closure
The Platform reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without notice if any of the following occurs:
- Breach of these Terms or any other Platform policy.
- Activity suspected to be fraudulent, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
- Requests from law enforcement authorities or relevant regulatory bodies.
- Account inactivity exceeding the period specified by the Platform.
If an account is closed for legitimate reasons, any eligible balance (after deducting bonuses that have not met the rollover requirements) will be returned to the user in accordance with the established procedure.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 3cat Platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, is the exclusive property of the Platform or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any Platform content without our prior written consent.

Applicable Laws
